the cat came back

I have returned.

With an empty tummy and little concentration to write, I'll do a brief update:

  • moved to toronto in july
  • eating lots of good korean and salvadoran food
  • working and finally making a descent wage
  • got a bad haircut but coloured the greys
  • the cat has herpes and I need to find a good veterinarian
I'll find something profound to include at a later date. I need to tend to my appetite.

Hey Court, I hope all is well. I'm stuck with a cold here in France. Blah. Eating a lot of garlic, though. There are these new fisherman's friends drops that taste better but work like shit... I think I need the tar ones.

This is a stupid comment... it sounds like your rambling. France is more fun than this, I swear. Struggling to learn Latin.

Talk soon,

Annick

Hello there ladies! It's so nice to hear from the both of you. I must say, I wish I were in South Korea / France. Alas, I'm only in Toronto Canada :(

I do get to eat Korean food as often as I want it (a nice change from London town with it's over-priced and hard-to-find Korean food served by non-Koreans).

As for the job, no I haven't turned to prostitution. It's management stuff and I'm not the type. I'm finding it difficult to delegate tasks - I hope I get better at it. I've invested in some 'how to be a better manager' type books and I have yet to read them. instead, I took out some knitting books at the library an hour ago... I think I'm only good at procrastination.

I'm going to snoop on your blogs now and find more interesting stuff to comment on...

hi peony pusher,
can you tell me where the tuckshow is? he seems to have disappeared from the web and blogging altogether? What's the story "morning glory"? Have you been able to track the literary comedian down?
Happy 2007 from
