another letter to a different friend concerning my emotions
i think my brain is mostly controlled by hormones. they seem to come out from nowhere and zap the intelligence. i seem to be in constant limbo between the rational side of my brain and the irrational side.
the letter:
"Mostly because it isn't much fun, i've decided to stop being angry and sad.
Just remember that i'm a little bit like a flower. i need lots of water, sunshine and love. treat me delicately.
coco"

Alliteration, especially of plosives, is very cool. And this metaphor of being a flower will never grow old. Are you sure you weren't an English major?
annick, i know what your 'very cool' means- it means it's not. just for your information though, the person who did use the flower metaphor on me first was an english graduate from western. how does that make you feel? are you extremely disappointed?
why didn't you post this comment under the amnesty blog identity? Or better yet- as GOD. Instead, I guess you really wanted to reveal your disgust. i love it! Manners are for boring people.
i liked the way you chose the one entry where i'm spilling my guts and then, instead of helping me clean up the mess you kick it around a little bit on the floor.
no worries though annick. you're my most favorite person i keep at an arm's length.
COURTNEY! You're such an idiot! I was being sincere! Jesus!
Okay, frustration gone. I honestly have a problem with the tone of my voice and writing. People always think I'm being sincere when I'm being sarcastic, and vice versa. I was serious about finding the metaphor and alliteration cool.
P.S. I'm so insulted that you think I'm such a rude jerk.
Love,
Annick
well that is a problem- i didn't know you ever got serious. i'm not sure i'd like that 'annick' as much as the one i'm more familiar with.
by the way, i dont' know if you've noticed, but i like 'rude jerks'. i've always liked the honest raw truth even if it leaves me feeling insulted. i take harsh words and convert them to constructive criticism.
